At Terani Couture, every gown we create is handled with the same care we bring to your trust. Since 1990, we have dressed women for life's most cherished moments, and we take that same devotion into how we handle your personal information. For users in the European Union, we adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For users in the United Kingdom, we adhere to the UK GDPR as enshrined in the Data Protection Act 2018.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we do not fall within the categories of controllers and processors required to appoint one under Article 37 of the GDPR.

We do not track users over time and across third-party sites, and therefore do not respond to browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals.

Facebook

Terani Couture and Facebook are joint controllers of data collected through our Facebook page. We use Facebook Insights, which relies on cookies stored on user devices for up to two years, to gather statistics about our audience. Do Not Track (CalOPPA)

Annual Disclosure Request
